My item has arrived damaged - what can I do?

We aim to get all items to you in one piece, but occasionally accidents do happen, especially with fragile items, such as glass container candles, which are travelling long distances or internationally.

If your item arrives broken, please contact us at customercare@pinkcloverlingerie.co.uk or use our contact form here so we can assist you.

 

Can I get an exchange or refund if I'm unhappy or have ordered the wrong product?

Absolutely. We offer a 21 day no quibble return policy on all of our items, so if you let us know if your item is wrong or no longer wanted, we will be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
