What are your delivery charges?

All UK orders over £50 will be delivered for free using our discreet mailing service. 

All orders under £49.99 will incur a charge of £5.99 for Standard Delivery and £7.99 for Express Delivery.

 

Where is my order?

The delivery you choose will affect when your order arrives. 

Express Delivery takes approximately 2-3 working days and Standard and Free shipping both take 3-5 working days to get to you. 

 

What is the cost of delivery?

Standard Delivery is £5.99 and Express Delivery is £7.99.

This is because we use the Royal Mail Tracked service to ensure that your goods get to you safely and securely.

Your delivery will be free if your order total is £50 or over after discounts have been applied and you are posting to a UK Mainland.

Which postal services do you use?

We use Royal Mail for parcels delivered to the UK mainland.

We only use tracked services for Royal Mail to ensure that your parcel arrives at the correct destination.

This is subject to change, depending on business growth, but we will always try to use the most secure and most efficient service where possible.

 

Do you ship internationally? 

No. Unfortunately, due to the new EU GSPR regulations that came into force on 13th December 2024, we are no longer able to ship to Europe or Northern Ireland.

Additionally, due to tariffs imposed on the global market, we have decided to only trade within the United Kingdom.

We are hoping that these services will resume in due course.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

For orders placed after 11pm or on a weekend, all items will be processed on the next working day. Please note that we will only dispatch your orders after payment has been recieved.

 

When will I receive my order?

Mainland UK orders aim to take 3-5 days with standard shipping from dispatch from our warehouse, and 2-3 days with express shipping from dispatch from our warehouse.

 

Why has my order been split into two different deliveries?

In order to get your order to you faster, we occasionally ship items seperately.

Will I pay more for shipping if my delivery is split?

No. The shipping is based on weight, but you will only be charged for one shipping fee.

Shipping will still be free if you spend over £50 and are having your parcel delivered within Mainland UK.

 

Can you send my parcel to a PO Box or Packing Station?

We only use Tracked & Signed services for the security that they bring, therefore, parcels cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations because a signature cannot be captured.

 

Can I purchase your essential oils if I am not on the UK mainland?

Unfortunately, due to safety regulations, some products, such as essential oils, reed diffusers or perfumes cannot be shipped internationally.

What do I do if I haven't received my order?

If your order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us via customercare@pinkcloverlingerie.co.uk or you can use our contact form here and we'll do our best to help to let us know and we will investigate the issue for you.

It is possible that your order has been split and items may arrive seperately. More information about this is on our item pages under the delivery tab.
